Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products;
2. Based on the company's regional sales targets, formulate regional sales plans, decompose targets, and organize implementation;

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
2. Based on operational goals and the current product situation, establish an effective data tracking mechanism, promote optimized operational solutions based on business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on existing customer orders, develop new customers, and achieve sales targets.
2. Understand the vibration testing and measurement industry (acceleration, pressure, force, strain, noise), communicate product needs with customers, and explore potential new opportunities.
3. Regularly visit important customers in the industry, organize and arrange for customers from various customer groups in the industry to visit the company for investigation and exchange, and establish long-term, good, and stable customer relationships.
4. Based on the company's business development needs and industry market characteristics, collect information on product market trends and the sales and market strategies of key competitors in this industry, analyze and predict market information, develop countermeasures, and provide timely suggestions to relevant departments;
Job Requirements:
1. Possess knowledge related to vibration testing and measurement markets and products;
2. More than 3 years of experience in sensor sales in wind power, industrial, power, aerospace, etc., with good performance and rich channel resources preferred;
3. Able to work independently, independently develop and manage customers, with good market development and judgment capabilities.
4. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Automation/Electronic Information Engineering/Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation/Automation/Communication Engineering and related marketing majors.
